GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ROCKIN’1000 MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION AND PRIORITY PASS PURCHASE

Art. 1 – Subject of the Agreement
1.1 This agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions for subscribing to the digital service “Rockin’1000 Membership” (hereinafter also referred to as the “Membership”), which allows users who complete the purchase (hereinafter also referred to as “Members”) to access exclusive digital services and priority benefits for events, in accordance with the terms set forth in the following articles.
Art. 2 – Services Offered and Benefits
2.1 The Rockin’1000 Membership provides Members with access to exclusive services. Members will have priority access to events organized by Rockin’1000, including stadium concerts and local events, meet-ups, and similar initiatives. Such events may include live concerts, regional meet-ups, and participation in digital events via the Rockin’1000 application.
2.2 The Priority Pass provides access to exclusive services, including priority access to events organized by Rockin’1000, and is valid for a single show only.
Art. 3 – Membership Duration and Renewal
3.1 The Membership is valid on an annual basis and will automatically renew upon expiration for an equal period, unless cancelled by the Member prior to the renewal date.
3.2 Rockin’1000 reserves the right to modify the duration, fee, and conditions of the Membership, subject to thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Should the Member not accept such changes, the Member may freely withdraw from these General Terms and Conditions within the thirty (30) day notice period.
3.3 The Priority Pass is valid for one single show and has no expiration date until it is used.
Art. 4 – Membership Fees and Payments
4.1 The Member agrees to pay the annual Membership fee, as well as the Priority Pass fee, as defined at the time of subscription.
Art. 5 – Trademark Use and Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Rockin’1000 holds all intellectual property rights related to its trademark, logo, and distinctive elements. The Member may not use such elements without prior written authorization.
5.2 Any unauthorized use of the trademark shall result in the immediate termination of the Membership and may give rise to legal consequences.
Art. 6 – Account Management and Access
6.1 Accounts created for the Membership remain the exclusive property of Rockin’1000, which reserves the right to monitor and limit access to accounts in order to ensure proper use.
6.2 Any unauthorized use of the accounts shall result in their immediate closure.
Art. 7 – Withdrawal and Termination
7.1 Rockin’1000 may terminate this Agreement in the event of a breach of these terms, improper use of the Membership, or any activity by the Member—online or offline—that is harmful to the image or reputation of Rockin’1000. Such activities include, by way of example and without limitation:

inappropriate online conduct: any behavior by the Member on social media platforms, forums, or other digital spaces that may damage Rockin’1000’s image, including the use of offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language toward Rockin’1000, its representatives, or its events;

improper use of the Rockin’1000 trademark and content: including the unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use of the logo, trademark, or other distinctive elements of Rockin’1000 for personal purposes or to promote external activities not previously approved by Rockin’1000;

harmful offline activities: public conduct or statements that may damage the image and reputation of Rockin’1000, such as participation in events or demonstrations with the intent to criticize or harm Rockin’1000.
7.2 In the event of termination for the reasons set forth above, the Member shall immediately lose access to the Membership and all related benefits. Rockin’1000 also reserves the right to take legal action to seek compensation for any damages suffered as a result of such harmful activities.
7.3 In the event of significant changes to the Membership conditions or subscription fees, the Member shall be informed with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice. If the Member does not accept the proposed changes, they shall have the right to withdraw from the Membership without penalty by providing written notice to Rockin’1000 within thirty (30) days from receipt of the notice of change.
Art. 8 – Limitation of Liability
8.1 Rockin’1000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Membership or from the unavailability of access to its benefits.
8.2 In any event, Rockin’1000’s liability toward the Member shall not exceed the amount paid by the Member for the Membership during the current year.
8.3 Rockin’1000 does not guarantee the continuous availability of services offered through the Membership and shall not be liable for damages resulting from temporary interruptions or technical maintenance. Furthermore, Rockin’1000 shall not be responsible for any loss of points or failure to access events caused by technical issues or by the Member’s failure to comply with the contractual terms.
Art. 9 – Indemnification
9.1 The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rockin’1000 from any damages, expenses, or costs arising from violations of this Agreement or from unauthorized use of the Membership benefits.
Art. 10 – Amendments
10.1 Rockin’1000 reserves the right to amend this Agreement.
10.2 Non-material amendments (such as linguistic corrections or clarifications) may be made without prior notice. Material amendments, including changes to fees or Membership benefits, shall be communicated to Members with at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice. If Members do not accept the amendments, they may withdraw from the Agreement without penalty. Continued use of the Membership shall constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Art. 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 This Agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
Acceptance
By subscribing to the Rockin’1000 Membership, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
